A RESOLUTION OF THE. VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE
GRADING AND PAVING IN THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF PALM BEACH-LAKE WORTH ESTATES.
WHEREAS, dra.ina,ge swales and resurfacing of roa.dwa.y areas in the South one-half
of Palm Beach-Lake Wo~xth Estates 'has been performed by developers in that area, and
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has certified that the paving and dra.ina.ge
work with reference thereto has been completed in accordance with specifications,
FLORIDA:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEt1CH,
Section 1. That the approval of the drainage swales and resurfacing of roadway
areas in the South one-half of Palm Beach-Lake Worth Estates and the repla,tting of Doolen
Court is hereby ratified and confirmed, a.nd the dedication offers made upon said plat
are hereby accepted. The Village Clerk is directed to return the Performance Bond
to the issuing company.
