RESOLUTION N0. 323-67
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH MEL
CONNER & ASSOCIATES, INC, IN BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FOR
LAND PLANNING SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:

Section 1. The Mayor and, Village Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized to enter into a. contra.et with Mel Conner & Associates, Inc. for
land planning services for the Village of North Palm Beach, according to the
contra.et a,tta.ched hereto and by reference made a. part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to affix the Village Seal to said contract.
Section 3. A11 resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
