THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE-SUIT AGAINST THE PLATTERS OF THE VILLAGE EAST - ______
SUBDIVISION AND THE SURETY ON THEIR PLATTERS' BOND AND TO TAKE ALL ACTIONS INCIDENT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to
commence suit against Royal American Industries, Inc. and Walter. Armstrong Con-
struction Company, Inc., the platters of "Village East" in the Village of North Palm _
Beach, and against Bankers Multiple Line Insurance Company, the surety on the plattersT
bond, together with any other persons being responsible for the breach of the platting
ordinance and the surety bond referred to above concerning the plat of "Villa.ge
East."
