A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF-NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, -
SETTING FORTH THOSE PERSONS WHO SFIALL SIGN AND COUNTERSIGN CHECKS ON ALL DEPOSITORIES _.
OF FUNDS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 5 of Article IV of the Charter of the
Village of North Palm Beach, the Vi1la.ge Treasurer, FRANCES A. FOX, shall sign all
checks drawn: on any depository of Village funds. In the absence or inability of the
Village Treasurer to sign such che~~c they shall be signed by the Mayor, Thomas ~
F. Lewis, a.eting as Deputy Vi1la.ge Treasurer.
Section 2. A11 checks in excess of $500.00 drawn upon any depository of Village
funds shall be countersigned by La.umence Robbins, Village Manager, or in the absence
or inability of the Village Manager to countersign such checks, they shall be counter-
signed by any of the following members of the Village Council, being Thomas R. Bell,
David C. Clark, Allan V. Everard or Herbert A. Watt.
Section 3. Any depository of Village funds of the Village of North Palm

Beach may rely upon the authority hi=_rein conferred upon the persons stated to withdraw
funds from bank accounts owned by the Vi1la.ge of North Palm Beach until delivery to
it of a certified copy of a. resolution of the Council revoking or modifying the same,
a.nd that such authority shall include checks drawn to the order of any of said persons
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to deliver a. certified
copy of this Resolution to all current depositories of Village funds a.s soon a.s
possible.
Section 5. All ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolu-
tions in conflict herewith a.re hereby repealed.
