A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF
TRUPOINT 300 INCIDENT MAPPING LASER EQUIPMENT AND
SOFTWARE FROM LASER TECHNOLOGY, INC; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Police Department solicited written quotes for the purchase of TruPoint 300
incident mapping laser equipment and software; and
WHEREAS, Staff is recommending accepting the lowest written quote submitted by
Laser Technology, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that adoption of this Resolution is in the best
interests of the residents and citizens of the Village of North Palm Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby approves the purchase of TruPoint 300 incident laser
mapping equipment and software from Laser Technology, Inc. at a total cost of $12,580.50, with
funds expended from Account No. A5711-35111 (Police — Computer Supplies).
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
