RESOLUTION N0. 317-67
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
TWO MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE FIREMEN'S RELIEF AND PENSION FUND OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 6 of Resolution No. 293-1967 be, and the same is __
• hereby, amended to read as follows: _
"Section 6. Pursuant to Chapter 17$.061, Florida. Statutes,
the following two regularly employed firemen of the Village
of North Palm Beach have been recommended by a. majority o:F
the regularly employed firemen of the Village and are hereby
chosen and appointed by the Village Council to be members of
the Board of Trustees for the Firemen's Relief and Pension
Fund of the Village of North Palm Beach, to-wit:
John J. McG~ire
James Sutherland"
These appointments shall be for the remainder of the two year term set forth in
Resolution No. 293-1967.
