A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO ENTER INTO A ONE-YEAR CONTRACT WITH PARGO,
IDTC. IN BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH FOR THE LEASE OF GOLF CARTS AT
THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and Village Clerk be, and they a.re hereby, authorized
to execute a. lease with PARGO, INC. for the lease of golf carts by The Village of
North Palm Beach a,t the North Palm Beach Country Club according to the lease _
attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by reference made a.-past hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to affix
the Vi1la.ge Seal to said contract.
Section 3.. This Resolution and the Contra,et adopted hereby shall take
effect as of August 1, 1967.
Section 4. A11 resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22 DAY OF AUGUST, 1967.
