A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, RE-
PEALING RESOLUTIONS WHICH APPOINTED MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS AND APPOINT-
ING NEW MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Resolution No. 276-66 of the Village of North Palm Beach
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The following named persons be, and they are hereby, appointed ___
members of the Board of Governors of the North Palm Beach Country Club of the Village -
of North Palm Beach to serve until June 30, 1968-
R. F. JAEKEL
A. F. SMITH
H. E. LANGE
R. M. TAYLOR
Section 3. The following named persons be, and they are hereby, appointed
members of the Board of Governors of the North Palm Beach Country Club of the
Village of North Palm Beach to serve until June 30, 1969: --
HAROLD BEERY
VAR HEYL
G. L. FORD, M.D.
Section 4. The duties and responsibilities of the members of the Board of
Governors of the North Palm Beach Country Club appointed by this resolution shall
be as set forth in Ordinance No. 91 of the Village of North Palm Beach, a.s amended.
Section 5. All ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or
resolutions in conflict herewith a.re hereby repealed.
