DECLARING THE INTENTION OF NORTH PALM BEACH TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS WITH PALM
BEACH COUNTY FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF A COUNTY LIBRARY SYSTFd~f.
' BE IT RESOLVED B`I THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach hereby declares its intentions _
• to eontra.et with the County of Pa1.m Beach for the establishment of a. County Library
System in general accord with the contra.et attached hereto and by reference made a.
part hereof. _
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to advise the Cha.irnsan
of the Palm Beach County Library Advisory Committee of the passage of this resolution.
Section 3. Ail ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or
' resolutions in conflict herewith a.re hereby repealed=
