A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING A VILLAGE CLERK FOR SUCH VILLAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:

Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 through 11, Article
III, of Chapter 311E81, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session 1956, the same being
the Charter for said Village, DOLORES R., WALKER be and she is hereby appointed and
designated as Village Clerk (who shall also be the Registration Officer of such
Village) in and for the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida; and she is hereby
vested and delegated all of the powers and duties incident to said office, effective
as of June 5, 1967.
Section 2. The above named officer shall take and subscribe an oath
before an officer duly qualified to administer oaths that she will faithfully and
impartially execute the duties of her offices according to the best of her ability
and understanding, which oath will then be filed with the Village Clerk and spread
on the minutes of the Village Council.
Section 3. The above named Village Clerk shall hold office until her
successor shall be a,ppointed.and shall qualify, and during the pleasure of the
Village Council.
Section 4. The above named officer shall receive a. salary of $600.00
per year, said salary to be paid i:n equal bi-monthly installments.
