A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE: COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, PERMITTING
BURNIP & SIMS, INC., FRANCHISE HOLDER FOR CABLE TELEVISION IN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH FALM
BEACH, TO TRANSFER THE FRANCHISE TO PALM BEACH CABLE TELEVISION COMPANY, Si1BJECT TO SAID
' BURNIP & SIMS, INC, BEING FULLY RESFONSIBLE FOR ALL FRANCHISE OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN
SAID FRANCHISE.

• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village o£' North Palm Beach has no objection to the transfer of
the cable television franchiie set forth in Ordinance No. 116-1965 from Burnup & Sims, Inc.
to Falm Beach Cable Television Company, a Florida corporation, who would be the new franchise
holder; provided however, that such transfer would in no way relieve Burnup & Sims, Inc. from
being jointly and severally liable with Palm Beach Cable Television Company for the performance
o£ all terms of the franchise as set forth in Ordinance No. 116-1965 to be performed by the
' franchise holder or grantee of the franchise.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28 DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1967.
