' MANAGER TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL FUNDS AS A RESULT OF EMERGENCY DISASTER CREATED BY HURRICANE BETSY.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, that

Section 1. FRANK R. SPENCE, Village Manager, be and he is hereby, authorized to execute
£or and in behalf of The V illage of North Palm Beach, a public entity established under the laws of
the State of Florida, this application and to file it in the appropriate State Office for the pur-
pose of obtaining certain federal assistance under the Federal Disaster Act (Public Law 875, 81st
Congress; 42 USC - 1855C).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1965.
