A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, CONCERNING
' THE PLAT OF GOLF COURSE ADDITION N0.2= TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.

WHEREAS, hte plat of Golf Course Addition No. 2 to the Village of North Palm Beach is
' recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 67, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has certified that the paving and drainage work and other
work required by the platting ordinances of the Village of North Palm Beach with teference thereto
• has been completed in accordance with specifications;
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the approval of such plat as shown on the face thereof by the Village
under the date of March 18, 1965 is hereby ratified and. confirmed and the dedication offers made
upon said plat are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1965.
