' A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH HALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A STUDY
COMMITTEE FOR THE WATERWAYS LOCATED WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, SETTING FORTH
COMPOSITION OF THE COMMITTEE AND THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES THEREOF,

' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COIINCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1, A sttdy committee concerning the waterways located within the Village of North
• Palm Beach is hereby created to be composed of sever (7) members, whose names are set forth below.
Section 2. The members of said _C_ommittee are as follows:
Mr, Jerome Wedekind
Commander A. E. Blank
Mr. Fred E. Faulkner
Mr. George Vorhees
Mr. Var Heyl
Mrs. Homer Greene
' Mr. Lloyd Prouty
Section 3, The Committee is hereby directed to study the extent and manner of Village
participation in control of public waterways and in boat mooring locations within the Village and
to consider the extent of Village Maintenance of the waterways for use by boaters and other Village
residents.
Section G., The Committee is hereby directed to file a written report with the Village
Council on or before ninety (90) days from date, setting forth their Findings of facts on the depth
and use of waterways within the Village, the present and Future needs of boat owners and boat users;
• the problems of property owners located adjacent to waterways; and to make such recommendations as
they deem prudent for the overall general welfare of the residnets and property owners of the
Village of North Palm Beach, as they relate to the waterways located within said village.
