VILLAGE CLERK TG EXECUTE AN ANCHOR EASEMENT DEED TO THE FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY.

' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CGUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to sign
an easement to Florida Power and Light Company to locate two anchors as set forth on the easement
• agreement attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The easement to be granted is in consideration of Florida Power and Light
Company paying to the Village of North Palm Beach the sum o£ TWO HUNDRED {200.00) DOLLARS cash
at signing of the easement deed.
Section 3. In further consideration for granting the easements referred to herein,
Florida Power and Light Company is releasing other anchor easements located in the geaeral area
of the North Palm Beach Country Club.
