MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED TO NORTH PALM BEACH PRESBYTERIAN CHtTRCH,
INC. OF CERTAIN VILLAGE PROPERTY.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA;
Section 1. The Village Mayor and Village Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to sign a certain Special Warranty Deed to North Palm Beach Presbyterian Church, Inc.
as per Exhibit 1 attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
