INCLIISIVE, ACCORDING TO PLAT OF PALM BEACH LAKE WORTH ESTATES, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25,
AT PAGE 168, PALM BEACH COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS, FLORIDA.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. The Village Building Official be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a
Certificate of Occupancy to buildings located on Lots 124 to 211, both inclusive, according to plat
of Palm Beach Lake Worth Estates, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 25, at Page 168, Palm Beach County
Public Records, Florida, without the completion of street resurfacing, attendant swale shaping and
drainage refurbishment, after complying with all other ordinances of the Village of North Palm Beach,
since Royal American Realty, Inc, has agreed to complete these items in accordance with the Ordinances
of the Village of North Palm Beach and has posted a performance bond to guarantee performance of
these acts.
