A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ADDITIONAL JUDGES
AD LITEM FOR THE MUNICIPAL COIIRT OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACR.

' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COIINCIL OF NORTR PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, that:
Section 1. WILLIAM CARTER WHITE, 11,3 Yacht Club Drive, North Palm Beach, Florida, and
OARLON A. DAVIS, 521 Lighthouse Drive, North Palm Beach, Florida, be, and theme are hereby appointed
• as Judges ad Litem for the Municipal Court of the Village of North Palm Beach. Upon taking the oath
of office required by officials of the Village of North Palm Beach, they shall be entitled to the
office of Judge ad Litem in accordance with the ordinances and Charter of the Village of North Palm
Beach and the Statutes of the State of Florida.
Section 2. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
