A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF BANK ACCOUNTS AND PROVIDING jdIIO SHALL BE AUTHORIZED TO SIGN CHECKS THEREON

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
Section 1 ~a), That the Village Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized to open,
and from time to time reconcile, an account or accounts in the name of said Village with the
FIRST MARINE BANK OF RIVIERA BEACH, Riviera Beach, Florida, and to deposit therein funds of
said Uillage, (b) That the North Pa:Im Beach Country Club Manager be and hs is hereby authorized
to open, and from time to time reconc;i].e, an account or accounts in the name of said North Palm
Beach Country Club with the FIRST MARINE BANK OF RN-(FRd BEACH, Riviera Beach, Florida, and to
deposit therein funds of said Country Club,
Section 2 (a) Checks draian on such Uillage account or accounts shall be signed in

the name of the Village by any member of the Village Council or by the Village Treasurer, singly,
provided such check does not exceed the.amour_t of FrUE HUNDRED DOI~IAILS(~500), Checks in excess
of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS (500) shall be signed by said Village Treasurer and by any member of
the Village Council, (b) Checks drawn on such North Palm Beach Country Club account or
accounts shall be signed in the name of the Country Club by the Country Club Manager or by the
North Palm Beach Country Club Board of GovernorsE Treasurer, provided such check does not exceed.
the amount of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS (,500) and provided that all such checks must be countersigned
by a member o£ the Board of Governors, Checks in excess of FLUE HUNDRED DOLLARS (500) shall be
signed by said Country Club Manager, Country Club Board of Governors Treasurer, or other desig-
noted member of the Board and said check shall be countersigned by the Village Treasurer,
Section 3. The aforesaid Bank may rely upon the authority herein conferred upon
said persons until delivery to it of a certified copy of a Resolution revoking or modifying the
same; and that such authority shall include checks drawn to the order of any of'said persons,

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM REACH, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, does by these presents
disclaim any interest in and to the following described property owned by F. W. REIITER, situate,
lying and being in the Village of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, to-wit:
That certain 12 foot drainage easement lying between Lots 25 and 26, Block No. 30,
VILLAGE OF NQ~'H PALM BEACH, PLAT N0. 3, being 6 feet on Lot 25 and 6 £eet on Lot 26
and described as a drainage easement on the plat thereof, which plat is recorded in
Plat Book 25, Pages 175, 176, public records of Palm Beach County, Florida,
in that the same is no longer needed for drainage purposes.
