A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ItRTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
' FLORIDA, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL ELECTION (CHARTER AMENDMENTS) HELD ON JIINE 30, 1965.

WHEREAS, on the 30th day of June, 1965, there was held a special election in the Village
of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, for the purpose of ratifying certain amendments to
the Charter of the Village of North Palm Beach,
AND WHEREAS, by due resolution, the £ollawing named persons were appointed Inspectors and
Clerk of said election ;. to wit, Ralph J. Cohn, Betty Redding, Betty Miltenberger, Melba Phillips,
• Inspectors, and Eleanor Engel, Clerk; and
WHEREAS, on June 30, 1965, said Inspectors and Clerk, after taking and subscribing their
oath in accordance with the law, made their returns to the Village Council, which returns certified
that 'the following is the result of said special election, to wit:

AND WHEREAS, the Village Council has duly canvassed the returns of said special election
and finds that the returns of the Inspectors and Clerk of said election are true and correct
tabulations of the votes cast, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
