A RESOLUTION OF TF~ VILLAGE CGUNCIL OF NORTH PALM B EACH, FLGRIDA, DECLARING THE RESULTS
' OF THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 16, 1965.
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of March, 19b5; there was held in the Village of North Palm Beach,
Palm Beach County, Florida, a General Election for the purpose of electing councilmen to the
Village Council for Groups 1, 2, 3 and 4; and
WHEREAS, by due resolution, the following named persons were appointed Inspectors and Clerk
• of said election, to-wit: Ralph J. Cohn, Sylvester F. Zerniko, and Cathryn Mitchell and Betty
Redding, Inspectors, and Mary Jane'Jenkins, Glerk; and
WHEREAS, on March 1^, 1965, said Inspectors and Clerk, after taking and subscribing their
iath is accordance with the law, made their returns to the Village Council, which returns cer-
tified that the following is the result of said General Election, to-wit:

For Village Councilman, Group l:
' Allan V, Everard received .581 votes,
Write in,Roger Boyer received 2 votes.
Fos Ville Councilman, Group 2:
Herbert A Watt received 5gg votes.
Write-In, Jim Moore received 2 votes.
For VillaPe Councilman. Group 3:
Gordon G. Duncan received 378 votes.
Frederick W, Speaker received 341 votes.
For Village Councilman, Group 4:
Thomas R, Bell received 395 votest
Karl E, Taylor received 344 votes.
• AND
WHEREAS, the Village Council has duly canvassed the returns of said General Election and
finds that the returns of the Inspectors and Clerk of said Election are true and correct tabula-
' tions of the votes cast; now, therefore
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CGUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLGRIDA:
Section 1. That the Village Council finds and declares that the following is the result
' of said General Election, to-wit:
For Village Councilman, Group 1:
Allan V. Everard received 581 votes.
Roger Boyer (write-in) 2 votes.
For Village Councilman, Group 2:
Herbert A. Watt received 588 votes.
Jim Moore (write-in} 2 votes.
