R2018-14 Water Club PUD AmendmentRESOLUTION 2018-14 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE WATER CLUB PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT; AMENDING THE APPROVED SITE, CIVIL, ARCHITECTURAL, AND LANDSCAPING PLANS TO REFLECT A REDUCTION IN THE FOOTPRINT OF TOWER III AND THE AS -BUILT LANDSCAPING CONDITIONS FOR TOWERS I AND II; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, through the enactment of Ordinance No. 2016-03 on January 14, 2016 ("Amended PUD Ordinance"), the Village Council approved an amended Water Chub PUD to include a third tower on an additional 1.26 acres for a total of 172 condominium units and 20 townhome units; and WHEREAS, Section 8 of the Amended PUD Ordinance provides that the Village Council may approve minor modifications to the PUD by resolution without the necessity of review by the Planning Commission, advertisement or public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Applicant, Domani Development, LLC, is requesting minor modifications to the PUD to amend the approved site, civil, architectural, and landscaping plans to reflect: (1) a reduction in the footprint of Tower III (and a reduction of eight parking spaces); and (2) revisions to the landscaping plans to show the as -built conditions for Tower I and Tower II and minor revisions to reflect the change in the footprint of Tower III; and WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the request meets the definition of a minor amendment to the PUD and that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best interests of the residents and citizens of the Village of North Palm Beach. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows: Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein. Section 2. As authorized by Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2016-03, the Village Council hereby approves minor modifications to the Water Club PUD by adopting the following revised plans: A.
