A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING WILLIAM J. MEYER
AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
Section 1. WILLIAM J, MEYER be, and he is hereby, appointed as a member of the Board of
• Governors of the North Palm Beach Country Club for the remainder of the term of DEAN MAURER, who
resigned from said Board. The term o£ office of WILLIAM J. MEYER shall be for the remainder of
the term of office to which DEAN MAURER was appointed.
Section 2. Said William J. Meyer shall before entering into this office take the oath
prescribed by Ordinance #91, which created the North Palm Beach Country Club Board of Governors,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of February, 196$.
