A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND VILLAGE MANAGER TO PAY THE MONIES DUE UNDER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH AND WILLIAM W. BLAKESLEE AND ANITA F. BLAKESLEE, HIS WIFE, DATED JULY 24, 1961,
AS SET FORTH IN EXHIBIT TMC++ UNDER PARAGRAPH N0. 4 OF SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
The Mayor and the Village Manager be, and they are hereby, authorized
to make whatever arrangements are necessary including the payment of all sums of money due
under that certain agreement between the VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH and WILLIAM W. BLAKESLEE
and ANITA F. BLAKESLEE, his wife, dated July 24, 1961, which will enable the VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM EACH to acquire the property described in Exhibit ++C++, under Paragraph No. 4 of said
agreement, less that portion of the property described in said Exhibit ++G++ which was acquired
on or about April 13, 1962; the option to purchase the property set forth in said Exhibit ++C++
having been exercised on December 5, 1963 by written statement from the Village Manager to
the successors in interest of WILLIAM W. BLAKESLEE and ANITA F. BLAftESLEE, his wife, of the
Agreement referred to above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8th day of December, 1964.
