A RESOLUTION OF TAE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AIITHORIZING THE VILLAGE
MANAGER TO APPLY FOR FEDERAL FUNDS AS A RESULT OF EMERGENCY DISASTER CREATED BY HURRICANE CLEO,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, that
Section 1, FRANK R, SPENCE, Village Manager, be and he is hereby, authorized to
execute for and in behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach, a public entity established under
the laws of the State of Florida, this application and to file it in the appropriate State
Office for the purpose o£ obtaining certain federal financial assistance under the Federal Disaster
Act (Public Law 875, 81st Oongress; 42 USC - 1855G},
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 1964.
