A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING BARCUS, KINDRED
' AND CO. FISCAL AGENTS AND ADVISOR TO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND VILLAC~ CLERK TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH BARCUS, KINDRED AND CO. ON BEHALF OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH REGARDING A FORTHCOMING GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND ISSUE FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS
AND OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1, Barcus, Kindred and Co. be, and it is hereby appointed as fiscal agent for
and financial advisor to the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to sign a
contract with Barcus, Kindred and Co. on behalf of the Village of North Palm Beach, regarding a
forthcoming general obligation bond issue for capital improvements and other purposes, a copy of
which contract is attached hereto, marked nExhibit A~~ and by reference made a part of this
resolution.
' Section 3. The Village Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized to affix the Village seal
to said contract.
