A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, kPPOINTING A MEMBER
' OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL TO FILL THE VACANCY CREATED BY THE RESIGNATION OF COUNCILMAN WALTER E.
THOMAS UNTIL THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTION.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, that:
Section 1. LESLIE 0. CHURCHIL7:, be, and he is hereby appointed as a member of the
• Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach to fill the vacancy on the Village Council
caused by the resignation of duly elected Village Councilman WALTER E. THOMAS.
Section 2. In accordance with Section 12 of Article III of the Charter of the Oillage
o£ North Palm Beach, the appointment of LESLIE 0. CHURCHILL by this Resolution shall entitle him
to hold the office of Village Councilman until the next general election on the third Tuesday of
March, 1965, and until his successor shall be elected and qualified.
