A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DEDICATION OF A ROAD IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 42 SOUTH, RANGE L,,3 EAST, PALM
BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM

HEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That certain dedication dated April 14, 1964, a true copy of which is
hereto attached, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2, The Village Clerk shall cause the signed original thereof to be duly

recorded in the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we the undersigned, for and in consideration o£ the sum of One Dollar and other

good and valuable considerations to us in. hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do, by these presents, for ourselves, our' successors and assigns, hereby dedicate perpetually
to the public a perpetual right of way for street purposes over, across, in, under, and upon
that certain parcel of land in Section 9, Township 42 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
From the northeasterly corner of Lot 26, MARINA ADDITION to the Village o£
North Palm Beach, Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 27, page 98, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, run north-
westerly along the southwesterly line of the ~~Service Road°, as said road
' is shown on said plat o£ Marina Addition; a distance of 74.31 £eet to an
angle point and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract of land hereinafter
described; thence northwesterly along a line which makes an angle with the
last described course, measured from southeast to northwest, of 121° 31' 40~+
a distance ~sf 375,20 £eet, more or less, to a point in the easterly right
of way line of U, S, Highway No. 1 (State Road No. 5), said point being in
the arc of a curve concave to the east and having a radius of 2804.93 feet;
' thence northeasterly along said right of way line a distance of 18.01 £eet
more or less; thence southeasterly running parallel to the aforementioned
375.20 foot line, a distance of 375.8 feet, more or less to a point in the
northwesterly right of way of said KService Road~~; thence southwesterly at
right angles and along said "Service Road^ right of way line a distance of
18.0 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,

By the acceptance o£ this Dedication, to be evidenced by Resolution, the Village of
North Palm Beach, a municipal corporation in Palm Beach County, Florida, does not accept
such public right of way for maintenance purposes. All maintenance of such public right of
way, as well as the obligation to pay all taxes assessed against the same, as well as all
liability of any kind growing out of i;he use of same for right o£ way purposes shall remain
that of the Dedicators named below, their successors and assigns, and such Dedicators, for
themselves, their successors and assi€;ns, covenant and agree to carry out such obligations,
so named, promptly, such obligations and such covenant to run with the land above described.
IPt WITNESS WHEREOF, we have caused these presents to be signed in our corporate
names and our corporate seals to be hereunto affixed, by our officers duly authorized, as
of the 14th day o£ April, 1964.
