Time Limit: 3 minutes Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers) and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. B. DECLARATION OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS C. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI-JUDICIAL MATTERS D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro-forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. 1. Resolution 2018-07 urging all members of the Florida Legislature to oppose legislation that limits Floridians’ constitutional right to govern themselves under municipal Home Rule Powers, and to oppose legislation that would interfere with or intrude into municipal finances. 2. OTHER VILLAGE BUSINESS MATTERS Page 2 of 2 RESOLUTION — FPL LED LIGHTING AGREEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an LED Lighting Agreement with Florida Power and Light and authorizing execution of the Agreement. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK AGREEMENT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an Agreement for Construction Manager at Risk Services with the Weitz Company, LLC for the construction of a new clubhouse at the North Palm Beach Country Club; and authorizing execution of the Agreement. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION — MARINE ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting the proposal from Sea Diversified, Inc. for marine engineering services for improvements to the Anchorage Park Marina at a total cost of $24,850.00; and authorizing execution of the contract. ACTION 4. RESOLUTION — EMS GRANT AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving an Interlocal Agreement with Palm Beach County for the reimbursement of Emergency Medical Services Grant Equipment; authorizing execution of the agreement; and approving the sole source purchase and installation of four CompX security lock systems and associated software and accessories at a total cost of $9,991.71. ACTION 5. RESOLUTION — SIDEWALK REPAIRS CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Contract with Florida Sidewalk Solutions, LLC for repair of sidewalk trip hazards at a total cost not to exceed $18,850.83; and authorizing execution of the contract. This agenda represents the tentative agenda for the scheduled meeting of the Village Council.
