BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY TH£ VILLAGE. COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH FLORIDA:,
Section 1. That the Village Manager be and he is hereby directed
to forthwoth sign and mail the original of the letter to Horthlake Properties
Inc. a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
