A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
' BEACH, FLORIDA, CONCERNING A VILLAGE BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
' VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. A Village Beautification Committee is hereby organized
to consist of three persons.
• Section 2. The duties of such Committee are, to study the beautifi-
cation of public areas of the Village and to recommend to the Village Council
through the Village Manager, from time to time, plans or suggestions for the
beautification and maintenance of such areas, and also to make such other
reports to the Village Council through the Village Manager on such sub7,ects,
or related kindred subjects, as shall be requested by the Village Council.
Section 3. Members of such Committee shall not be authorized to
obligate the Village financially in any manner and shall not draw any pay or
emoluments for their services.
Section 4. The Committee shall from its members select a chairman
and Secretary and shall meet at the call of the Chairman or any two members
of the Committee.

Dr, John J. Richardson,
Mrs. Louis Enders and
Mr, James D, Blakeley,
who shall serve until January 1, 1965, and thereafter until their successors
• shall be appointed and qualified,
Section 6, A certified copy of this resolution shall be sent by the
Village Clerk to each of tha above persons.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of December, 1963.
