A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE 0£ NORTH PALM
BEACH FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE CERTAIN CONTRACT.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH PALM BEACH COUNTY FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
Section I, That the Village Mayor and Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the lease agreement with J,P, Stewart
Inc. ,for the leasing of ice-making machines in form as attached.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of Decembers 1963,
