1963-178 Approving Budget for NPBCC for 1963-64• RESOLUTION # 178 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACHi FLORIDA, RATIFYING AND APPROVING A BUDGET FOR THE OPERATION OF THE ' NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1963 - 1964. ~~ * t. *~ ' BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1, The budget for the operation of the North Palm Beach .,~- Country Club Recreational Facilities (as defined in Ordinance No, 69) for the • fiscal year beginning November 1, 1963, and ending October 31, 1964, as shown on the following report by the 'Village Treasurer and Village Manager, is here- by ratified and approved. NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB RECREATIONAL FACILITIES (As defined in Ordinance No. 69) a. Estimated income and revenues of every nature to be derived from operation of said Facilities in said fiscal year, and to be deposited in "Revenue Fund" set up by said Ordinance ' No. 69, GOLF COURSE Memberships $ 100,000 Electric Carts 40,000 Greens Fees 60,000 Hand Carts 3,600 Driving Range 16,000 Locker Rentals 1,000 TOTAL - Gol£ Course $ 220,600 SWIMMING POOL Memberships $ 50,000 Guest Fees 3,000 Lessons 200 Village Recreation Program 1,500 Aquatic Shows 1,500 Miscellaneous 100 TOTAL - Swimming; Pool 56,300 ' DINING ROOM Memberships S 2,000 Food 90,000 Bar, Liquor 45,000 Bar, Beer 10,000 Bar, Other 1,000 ' Miscellaneous 4,000 TOTAL - Dining F:oom 152,000 OTHER REVENUE Cigarette Sales S 50 Refunds 100 Sale of Balls 200 Miscellaneous 12,870 TOTAL - Other Revenue 13,220 TOTAL ESTIMATED INCOME AND REVENUES FOR REVENUE FUND S 442,120 b, Estimated disbursements from Revenue Fund in said fiscal year: Necessary expenses of operating and maintaining said Facilities ( including improvements, replacements and capital adidtions, not exceeding at any one time the sum of $1,000) S 442,OOOfr ' *In the event such totals are not needed for said purposes, 25~ of the balance, if any, will be deposited to the "Reserve Operation Fund" provided by Ordinance No. 59 until such fund reaches a total of $40,000, and 75~ of the balance will be utilitxed as provided in said Ordinance No, 69, Expenditures from said Reserve Operation Fund shall be used only for making improvements, replacements, and capital additions to said Facilities exceeding at any one time the sum of $1,D00.
