A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
' PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, SITTING AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF TAXES,
RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE TAX ASSESSDIENT ROLL FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR
1963 AS PREPARED BY THE VILLAGE TAX ASSESSOR.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
• Section 1. The tax assessment roll of the Village of North Palm
Beach for the calendar year 1963, as prepared by the Village Tax Assessor,
having been on file in the office of the Village Clerk and open to the in-
spection by any taxpayer, and it appearing that all objections or complaints
thereto have been acted upon by the Village Council, and 'the Village Council
having sat as a Board of Equalization of taxes and reviewed such roll, the
same is hereby ratified and approved.
Section 2. This resolution shall be considered as an Official
' Certificate by the Village Council sitting as a Board of Equalization of
taxes.
