A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLCIRIDA, ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASEP4ENT.

BE IT AND IT IS HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That certain Easement Deed from FAIRHAVEN PROPERTIES,
INC., dated September 3, 1963, granting unto the Village and easement
for public road or alley right-of-way purposes, over, across, in and upon
the following described property in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
BEGINNING at the southtoest.erly corner of Lot 11,
FAIRHAVEN ADDITION to Village of North Palm Beach,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27,
Page 90, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida;
thence northerly along the westerly line of said Lot 11, a
distance of 20 feet; thence easterly parallel to the southerly
line of said lot 11, a distance of 139.94 feet to a point in
a line parallel to and 20 feet westerly from, measured at
right angles to, the easterly line of said Lot 11; thence
northwesterly along said parallel line and its northwesterly
extension, a distance of 151.59 feet to a point in a line
parallel toand 20 feet southerly from, measured at right angles
to, the northerly line of Lot 12 of said Fairhaven Addition;
thence westerly along said parallel line, a distance of 88.15
feet to a point in the westerly line of said Lot I2; thence
northerly along the westerly line of said Lot 12, a distance of
20 feet to the northwesterly corner thereof; thence easterly along
the northerly line of said Lot 12, a distance of 102.17 feet to
the northeasterly corner thereof; thence southeasterly along the
easterly lines of said Lot. 12 and Lot 11, a distance of 194.14
feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 11; thence westerly
along the southerly line of said hot 11 a distance of 168.49 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
be and the same is hereby accepted:.
Section 2. The Village Clerk shall cause the same to be
recorde in the public records of Palm beach Count, Florida.
