A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND CLERK TO SIGN
A CERTAIN PLAT.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALP1 BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Dlanager and Village Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to sign the original of that certain
re-plat of Lot 20, Marina Addition of the Village of North Palm Beach,
signifying thereby the approval~of such re-plat by the Village Council
of the Village of North Palm Beach.
