A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE bIJAYOR AND VILLAGE
CLERK TO SIGN A CERTAIN EASEMENT GRANT TO FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
' VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM-BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Mayor and Village Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to sign a certain Easement to FLORIDA POWER
& LIGHT COMPANY, in the fosm as attached hereto and by reference made a part
hereof, granting unto said Florida Power & Light Company a stub pole and
anchor easement, five (5) feet in width, the canter line of which is more
particularly descsibed as being 30 feet south of an parallel to the South
right-of way line of the Intracoastal Waterway and extending from the West
right-of-way line of U.S.No.l (State Road No. 5), as the same is now laid out
and in use; westerly for a distance of 57 feet, such easement being located on
a portion of that part of Government Lot 2, Section 9, Township 42 South,
Range 43 East, which lies immediately southof the intracoastal waterway, as
' the same is now laid out and in use, in Palm Beach County, Florida.
