VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN AN EASEMENT GRANT TO FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT
COMPANY,

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Mayor and Village Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to sign a certain Easement to FLORIDA
POWER AND EIGHT COMPANY, in the form as attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
