STATEMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC, PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS Members of the public may address the Council concerning items on the Consent Agenda or any non-agenda item under Statements from the Public. Time Limit: 3 minutes Members of the public who wish to speak on any item listed on the Regular Session or Workshop Session Agenda will be called on when the issue comes up for discussion. Time Limit: 3 minutes Anyone wishing to speak should complete a Public Comment Card (on the table at back of Council Chambers) and submit it to the Village Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. B. DECLARATION OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS C. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND QUASI-J UDICIAL MATTERS D. CONSENT AGENDA The Consent Agenda is for the purpose of expediting issues of a routine or pro-forma nature. Councilmen may remove any item from the Consent Agenda, which would automatically convey that item to the Regular Agenda for separate discussion and vote. 1. Resolution 2018-03 amending Resolution 2017-71 to remove the budget amendment relating to the use of Infrastructure Surtax Funds. 2. RESOLUTION — HERITAGE DAY AMUSEMENT RIDES CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting the proposal from Big Fun, Inc. for Heritage Day amusement rides at a total cost not to exceed $41,100.00; and authorizing execution of the contract. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a contract award to M & M Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. d/b/a All County Paving for sidewalk repair and replacement at a total cost not to exceed $74,285.65; authorizing execution of the contract and authorizing a budget amendment in the amount of$80,000.00 to fund the project. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION — ROADWAY MILLING & RESURFACING CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a contract award to M & M Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. d/b/a All County Paving for milling and resurfacing of public roadways; and authorizing execution of the contract. ACTION 4. RESOLUTION — JANITORIAL SERVICES CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution accepting the proposal from AK Building Services, Inc. for municipal facility janitorial services at a total annual cost of $161,732.00; and authorizing execution of the contract.
