' BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AS FOLLO{VS:
Section 1. That certain Easement Grant from JAYh1AR
• CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to the Village countained
in Easement Deed dated June 10, 1963, recorded in Official
Record Book 898, page 1038, public records of Palm Beach
County, Florida, be and the same is hereby accepted by the
VILLAGE.
Section 2. Resolution No. 159 of such Village adopted
on D9ay 7, 1963, is hereby repealed.
