NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO SIGN AN EASEMENT GRANT TO NORTH PALM
BEACH UTILITIES, INC.

' BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village Mayor and Clerk be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign a certain Easement
Grant to NORTH PALM BEACH UTILITIES, INC. in the attached form.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 13th day of Auaust, 1936.
