A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING AN ACTING VILLAGE MANAGER AND AN ACTING
VILLAGE TREASURER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1• The resignation of ALBIN R. OLSON as Village Manager and
as Village Treasurer having been received and having been accepted as of one
minute past midnight on the 1st day of August, 1963, WARREN P. TATOUL as
Mayor of said Village, and effective as of the time and date just given, is
hereby confirmed as Acting Village Manager and as Acting Village Treasurer
in addition to his other duties.
Section 2. Such additional duties wil be performed by said
appointee without compensation and pending further action by the Village
Council.
Section 3. Said appointee shall procure and file with the Village
at once, at the cost of the Village, a fidelity bond in the usual form in
the amount of Dollars.
Section 4. Pending further action of the Village Council, to be
evidenced by resolution, all checks on Village bank accounts shall be signed
singly by said Acting Village Treasurer, or jointly by any two other members
of the Village Council.
Section 5. The Village Auditor shall, with all due speed audit in
and out of office the two persons above named.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 1963.
