A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PERSONAL DOCK, FINGER PIERS AND
A BOAT LIFT AT 715 NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD WITHIN THE
NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICT; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village received an application for conditional use approval from Joseph Marino
for the construction of a personal dock, finger piers and a boat lift to the rear of the property
located at 715 Northlake Boulevard within the Northlake Boulevard Overlay Zoning District; and
WHEREAS, Section 45-35.3 of the Village Code, setting forth the NBOZ regulations, requires
conditional use review for private mooring facilities located within the NBOZ; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the application meets each of the requirements
for conditional use approval set forth in Section 4-1(A) of the NBOZ regulations and therefore
wishes to grant the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and are incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby approves a conditional use for the installation of a
personal dock, finger piers and a boat lift to the rear of the property located at 715 Northlake
Boulevard. The dock, finger piers and boat lift shall meet all applicable Village Code requirements.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
