ROLL CALL
Mayor Aubrey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of Council were present, except
Councilmember Norris. All members of staff were present.
The purpose of the meeting was to hear presentations and rank the top three firms to provide
Construction Manager at Risk Services for the new Golf and Country Club.
Presentations were made to the Village Council by these three firms: Hedrick Brothers Construction,
Kaufman Lynn Construction, and The Weitz Company.
By written ballot, the original of which is attached to the minutes of record, the Village Council ranked
the firms from one to three, respectively: The Weitz Company, Kaufman Lynn Construction, and
Hedrick Brothers Construction. Mr. Lukasik and Mr. Rubin will commence contract negotiations with
the top ranked firm, The Weitz Company. An agreement will be placed on an upcoming agenda for
Council approval.
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 9:09 p.m.
