' A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM-BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF
THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 19, 1963.

WHEREAS, on the 19th day of
the Village of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, a
general election for the purpose of electing councilmen to the
• Village Council for Groups 2 and 4; and
WHEREAS, by due resolution, the following named persons were
appointed inspectors and clerk of said election, to-wit: Ralph J. Cohn,
Cathryn L. Mitchell, Sylvester Zerniko, Inspectors; and Frances Tulino,
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, on March 19th, 1963, said Inspectors and Clerk, after
taking and subscribing their oath in accordance with the law, made
their returns to the Village Council, which returns certified that
the following is the result of said general election, to-wit:
Total Machine Vote 704
Total Absentee Vote. I
Total Village Vote 705
For Village Councilman Group II:
Harold W. Beery received 527 Votes
Fred A. Trapnell received 158 Votes
For Councilman, Grou~IV:
Thomas R. Bell received 257 Votes
Patricia 1. Junod received 129 Votes
Arthur H. Mader received 171 Votes
Robert W. Wandelt received 143 Votes

WHEREAS, the Village Council has duly canvassed the returns
of said general election and finds that the returns of the Inspectors
and Clerk of said election are true and correct tabulations of the
' votes cast; now therefore,

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALit4 BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That they Village Council finds and declares that
' the following is the result of said genera l election, to-wit:
For Village Councilman, Group II:
Harold W. Beery received 527 Votes --
Fred A. Trapnell received 158 Votes

For Villaae Councilman. Group IV:
Thomas R. Be11 received 257 Votes
Patricia L. Junod received 129 Votes
Arthur H. Mader received 171 Votes -
Robert W. Wandelt received 143 Votes
Section 2. That the following can didates are hereby declared
to be elected to the respective offices as follows:
Villaae Councilman, Group II
' HAROLD W. BEERY
Villaae Councilman. Group IV
