A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. OF
THE VILLAGE OF ]NORTH PALM BEACH WITH
RESPECT TO LOCAL LEGISLATION ON BEHALF
OF THE VILLAGE iNHICH THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
DESIRES THE PALM BEACH COUNTY LEGISLATIVE
DELEGATION TO SPONSOR AND TO INTRODL~E AT
THE 1963 MEETING OF THE FLORIDA LEGISLATURE.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Village Attorney has heretofore written, on
behalf of the Village Council, a letter to the legislative delegation
of Palm Beach County with respect to local legislation which the
Village Council desires to be sponsored and introduced at the 1963
meeting of the Florida Legislature, a true copy of said letter being
hereto attached.
Section 2. The requests made in such letter are hereby officially

ratified by the Village Council of the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, and the Palm Beach County legislative delegation is hereby
respectfully requested to sponsor and to introduce such legislation
without necessity of same containing any referendum clause.
Section 3. The Village Clerk shall send certified copies of
this resolution to each member of the Palm Beach County legislative
delegation and to its counsel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 1963.
