A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILL,4GE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA.

WHEREAS, the Village of North Palm Beach has now a population
in excess of 5,000 home owning residents, and is undergoing further
rapid growth; and
WHEREAS, matey businesses are located in the Village and the

number is increasing daily; and
WHEREAS, both the residents and the business interests require_
the use of the facilities of Railway Express Agency, Inc. but which
are not now available within the Village, making it necessary for
Village residents and business people wishing to utilize such
services to travel to another area of Palm Beach County some distance
from the Village;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the officials of Railway Express Agency, Inc.
are hereby requested to make the facilities of their Company available
to the residents and business people of the Village of North Palm Beach
without necessity of such :residents and business people travelling
outside of the Village to secure such services.
Section 2. That the Village Clerk shall cause five copies of
this resolution to be forwarded to the Agent of said Express Agency
at West Palm Beach, Florida, with the request that same be delivered
to the responsible officials of said Company.
