A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A CERTAIN EASEMENT.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That certain perpetual easement for electrical

utility service in, upon and through the following described land
in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
An easement 6 feet in width between
parallel lines, the boundaries thereof
being parallel to and 3 feet northerly
and southerly from the line between
Lots 15 and 16, Golf Course Addition
to the Village of North Palm Beach,
Palm Beach County, Florida, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 27, Pages 96 and 97, Public Records
of Palm Beach Cow~ty, Florida,
by VIAGINIP. GRAVLIN, et a1, dated December 11, 1962, be and the
same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The Village Clerk shall cause the same to be
recorded in the public records. of Palm Beach County, Florida.
