A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
' PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, John S. Loucks and Myrtle E. Loucks, his wife, have
' dedicated to the Village of North Palm Beach, for use as a utility
easement, a parcel of land in such Village, being the Southeasterly ten,
(10) feet of Lot 1, Block 9, in COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION to the VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, according to the plat thereof on file in the office of

the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in
Plat Book 25, pages 130 and 131, and ..
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to accept such dedication
on behalf of the Village;
NOiV, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY R13SOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
_ -1. The dedication by John S. Loucks and Myrtle E. Loucks, his
wife, for utility purposes, of the area above described be and the same
is hereby accepted.
2. The Clerk shall rer_ord such signed dedication, as well as a
certified copy of this resolution, in the public records of Palm Beach
County, Florida.
