County , Florida; and
I4HEREAS, the Village Engineer has certified that the paving and
drainage work with reference thereto has boon completed in accordance
with specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. That the approval of such plat as shown on the face
thereof by the Village under date of March 26, 1962, is hereby ratified
' and confirmed and the dedication offers made upon said Plat are hereby
accpeted.
